Denise Bennett-Walls is the founding partner of Vaco in Florida launching in 2005. Denise was brought on to build Vaco’s Florida presence from ground zero. She has since carved a place for Vaco in the Florida marketplace as the leading company in the consulting and staffing industry.
Denise had a vision – a staffing and consulting firm that served both professionals and businesses. She believed in building a company based on integrity, freedom, customer service, entrepreneurialism, humility, leadership and dedication to the community. She is committed to making a difference with the right professionals and the right service.
After spending years in the corporate world with Fortune 500 companies, Denise began consulting and found that other businesses did not understand how to leverage senior talent and expertise on a flexible basis. Her goal was to create a business model that allowed companies to take advantage of senior expertise on a cyclical basis, bringing in talent as their needs changed. Denise knew that with an experienced team of recruiters committed to client service, they would have the capacity to grow a strong business in Florida.
Under Denise’s guidance, her team currently manages over 200+ consultants and temporary staff who are working on strategic projects and interim needs at over 150+ companies. Vaco has been named by the Orlando Business Journal and Florida Trend as a “Best Places to Work”, a “Top Philanthropic Company”, a “Top Staffing Company” and a “Women Who Mean Business” company. Daily, the Vaco team strives to support companies with best in class talent and guide professionals on their professional journey.
