Dom Meffe has been a health care entrepreneur most of his professional life, primarily in the niche pharmacy services segment. Dom is the founder and currently CEO of Triad Isotopes, headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Triad has grown from a pure startup in December 2006 to the second largest provider of radioactive isotopes in the nation through its network of 70 pharmacies and cyclotrons. Triad currently employs 1,000 employees and services over 3,500,000 patients each year.
Dom is also the founder and on the Board of Directors of LegacyRx Pharmacy, and was founder and CEO of Curascript Pharmacy. He was also previously Chief Operating Officer, a founder and owner of Managed Prescription Network (MPN).
Dom obtained his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. He attended graduate school at the University of South Florida Graduate School of Business.
He and his wife, Kalani, live in Orlando, Florida with their four children. Dom is extremely active in the community and also encourages his employees throughout the country to help and serve others. He is past board chair of Shepherd’s Hope, and also serves on the MD Anderson Council of Governors and the Board of Directors for the Florida Hospital Cardiovascular Institute.
